The Trademark THERAPEUTIC TOUCH was approved and registered by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office of the Government of Canada on April 29th, 2003 and ownership was held by The Therapeutic Touch Network of Ontario until May 2017 when it was transferred to Therapeutic Touch Networks of Canada .
